Grilled Jumbo Shrimp in a Thai Curry Mango Broth/Calamari Over Soba Noodles
This Thai combination located first under Entrees caught my eye right away! Since I wasn’t in the mood for a heavy Soba noodle, the wait staff accommodated me with a substitute of sauteed diced mango & seasonal veggies. The prawns were extremely large; yet grilled to perfection with a zesty, authentic flavor. Resting just perfectly over a bed of sweet mango & tasty vegetables, it was perfectly rounded yet didn’t leave me feeling heavy and full. Quite a dish!
