I’m not so sure my feet have touched the ground since Tuesday’s experience on ABC’s The CHEW. I mean, Mario!!! I was sitting next to Mario Batali as we both got hair touch-ups!! It’s officially crossed off my bucket list! The funny part is, that I knew it would be one of the most unforgettable days of my life, but I certainly wasn’t aware that I would meet two fabulous girls along the way, Kathi and Donna, who happened to be the other contestants in our One-Pot Wonder Segment. Just like many women, what did we do calm our nerves right before going on air?? We chit-chatted about Chocolate Cake! Both of them happened to have the best little secret up their sleeves on its preparation. They informed me that if you add some plain ole’ chocolate pudding to your cake mix without anything else at all, you will have the moistest and richest cake known in chocolate cake land! It sounded to good to be true. Even better, I made the cake the absolute next day, with a couple touches of my own, for Big Ang who stars in Mob Wives! My father’s girlfriend, Josiane Lederman MD, is her Dermatologist on the show!! I am posting the basics for you, but feel free to use the flavor chips and sprinkles that you wish.

You can certainly see your enthusiasm within the work you write. Thanks for the delicious post!
I always used to doctor up those types of cake mixes too. This is a great one. I often use pumpkin cake mix as well with a little cream cheese frosting. Thanks for sharing this!
That looks to be deviliciously delicious recipe.
